Ken Landon ruined my L.R. floor. He arrived a day late after waiting 9 weeks and cut corners and lied repeatedly just so he could get back on his schedule again. He knew there were multiple pet stains that wouldn't be visible until after he stained the floor, stains that he knew I would have wanted repaired, but just proceeded anyway, and to top it all off, he stained the floor with the completely wrong shade of stain, because, I assume, he didn't want to have to go shopping, so he just used whatever stain he had in his truck. When he arrived the next day after staining, I asked about all the black blotches on my floor, he proudly exclaimed, "pet stains." When I confronted him about his shoddy work, all he did was curse repeatedly. Ken Landon is a disgusting liar and disreputable POS who took advantage of my good nature.
