We have quick turnaround times and fair appraisal fees. (Turn around time is always within 7 days from the date of the actual inspection) We provide a good solid product. Our office is located in Elizabeth serving Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln Counties . If you are planning to use an appraisal ordered on this site for a mortgage--be sure to check with your lender prior to ordering. Payment of the appraisal is due at time of inspection. "I always quote a 7 day turn around from the date of the actual physical inspection. Getting the report in 5 days was within the quoted time frame. I talked with Prakash at least 3 times during the appraisal process -- he was selling his investment home to the renters and was asking me about the appliances. I tried on at least two of the phone calls to let him know that the appliances were personal property and were not part of the real estate being appraised. I don't know if this was really understood. As far as personal plans??? - I quote a 7 day turn around because I usually have more work in progress. At no time was the subject of "personal plans" ever discussed-nor would it ever be.
