Highly recommend this company for your home remodel. I recently had the pleasure of working with KLM Contractors and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. From the initial consultation to the final touch, they were efficient, courteous, and in constant communication with us. The team went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to perfection and they really took the time to understand my needs. I highly recommend KLM Contractors for anyones windows or James Hardie siding. They truly exceeded my expectations and can’t wait to show off my home’s facelift!

Used KLM to redo the exterior of our home with James Hardie siding. Fantastic experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend!

We reached out to KLM in the heat of the pandemic as woodpeckers were chewing away at our cedar siding. Replacing it with Hardie planks took care of that long-standing problem and the result is a subtly dramatic overhaul of our contemporary home. The project uncovered some deficiencies in our deck too and although we weren’t planning on replacing the deck we are thrilled with the striking update. With the supply chain and staffing challenges of the pandemic, it became a very long project but Luke, Maciej, and Karl are all pleasant, friendly people to be around. Pricing was fair and all the numerous details of such a huge job were followed through and addressed. Very creative group who will be attentive to your preferences.
