KLM Creative Concrete, LLC

KLM poured 1,700 sq ft of my new garage concrete, they did terrible finish work over working with the buffer, burned the concrete in places, all kinds of chips showed up months down the road, he also said the fiberglass concrete fiberglass pieces sticking up through the concrete would break off and they never have so I go a dull, no finish, fuzzy floor with chips all over, and a crack that Ken said he was going to take care of out of the gate before all the other issues but never did, he knows he did a bad job on it and just walked away from his responsibilities to his company, buyer beware hiring KLM.

I hired them for waterproofing and to replace my patio and side walk which was completed August of 2018 , my waterproofing so far with all this rain is great ,but my patio has chunks missing all over it and rust color is coming threw. I have made Ken Morse aware of this twice and sent pictures, first time was March 7 2019 and the second time was June 14th 2019. Sorry to say I was told his sales rep.will come out and explain why and as I write this review no one has contacted me yet ! My patio looks like crap and if I could post pictures on here I would have !! Would recommend them for waterproofing so far but not concrete patios I totally got ripped off on that !

Excellent. Quality work by an efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant crew. Able to answer all of our questions and leave us with instructions for a lasting product. We high;y recommend this contractor and are very pleased with the outcome.

Very professional, courteous and neat!

KLM owner was very easy to work with along with his crew. However, my expectations on the finished project was higher than then the final outcome. I was not pleased with areas of the walkway to my front stoop that ended up having a shaded color difference in the concrete. KLM did revisit the project to see what my concerns were, but nothing could be done to correct the flaw.

Ken did a great job on our new front porch & sidewalk. He showed up when he said he would and finished when he said. Quality of work was excellent. What more can I say. Will have him back next spring for more work.

We highly recommend KLM concrete for a job well done on our beautiful patio. When our design was initially staked out I had a different idea of what it was going to look like. Although I was apprehensive about approaching the crew, they were nothing but kind and willing to reshape the design. They wanted us to be happy with our finished product even if it meant back pedaling on a few hours of work. The end product is amazing. We will be returning customers for any of our concrete needs.
