Overall, he lowballed the quote on the contract, engineered a reason to break it, then charged be half again the cost of the contract. Also, actually scheduling the work was unpredictable, beyond what one would expect from conditions within the industry. The person The persons doing the work were honest and courteous as well as skilled, but it was a nightmare dealing with Coty. Although the work may not have been done with quite the fit and finish of people with trained skills and experience, I would have been better overall buying the tools and doing the work myself.
