KLS Water Well

I'm so glad that we found Dee. We were going to spend a lot more with other well drillers. Additionally, it was very clear that Dee is a people person who has compassion for those going throug hard times (no water!!!). He worked diligently until the job was done and done properly. A man with a vast knowledge, skill and work ethic.

Very unprofessional and unreliable in our experience with this contractor. Got strung along by this man for weeks on a good job. He promised assistance cleaning out a well. We were given false expectations and he had very poor communication from the beginning. After weeks of waiting on him, we got a random text out of nowhere saying he would no longer help us because there was a truck parked in our driveway when he showed up that was in his way. He never bothered to knock on our door to say he was here, in which case we could have simply moved the truck for him. Seems like he just wanted an excuse to not do the job. Should have just said that instead of stringing us along! Was very rude and dismissive all of a sudden. Up to that point he had been sloppy and unreliable, but at least had been polite. When deciding he did not want the work for whatever reason, he became dismissive and condescending, trying to blame shift it onto us. Also, his workmanship on what he did do in the prep work was pretty bad. He cut out a wall from our shed to access the well and did so in a way that shredded the exterior wood. Rehung it in a very sloppy way. He trashed our building, then said he would come back and finish blowing out the well because he had not successfully blown it out originally. He also texted us on his first day at the property to ask us if we had cameras outside our home, which is a weird and disconcerting question to be asked by a contractor. Overall a very bad experience for someone who talked a big game. Pass!

He was so incredibly fairly priced. Worked on a timeline that nobody came close to. Did an amazing job!
