I cannot recommend Mr. Logan enough. His response in helping a dear friend with her disaster in LBI, NJ after Hurricane Sandy was nothing short of stellar. We are in the midst of the whole renovation process and all is moving well. Even given the enormity of this situation, the follow up and personal contact with Mr. Logan has given us great comfort. If you didn't know where to turn in your "forced makeover" endeavor, you do now.
