Have used this company for more than several years. They are always cooperative, professional, prompt, and honest. On their last visit two technicians , Mike and Tim , took extra time to find a problem that the company that installed our air conditioner did not do correctly. That company broke a part of the pump and just did not connect it. The air conditioner worked but not as efficient as it should be, wow! What a difference. KMA can be proud of these two individuals especially. We have a service agreement that the company provides and these two technicians went above what one can expect. They wanted to please the customer and proved it. What a refreshing view of a company when so many today are far from being interested in pleasing the customer. You KMA, have our gratitude and our recommendation!

We had a technician come out Friday. I was under the impression that my husband did not have the technician service the furnace. I had someone come back out Monday. I made a mistake, the technician had serviced the furnace. I fully expected to have to pay another service call but the technician did not charge for his time. KMA already has a cheaper service call fee than many other companies. I can't tell you how grateful I was for this favor. I will now use KMA for all of my electric and HVAC needs. Many thanks! We have actually used KMA Electric in Newark, OH on several occasions. This appointment was scheduled for an upgrade in air quality. The work done and the Reps' knowledge were all excellent. However, the Customer Service from the home office is so bad. Twice in a 9 month period, they have not shown and neither time was anything even said until we called. On the first miss, every call was that they were still coming then later in the day they re-scheduled. Today was scheduled a week ahead for first in the morning for an all-day project. Time arrival, however, was 8 - 12. At 12, I called to see what was going on and they had simply CANCELLED and not said a word to me. I hear a lot of "I'm sorry". That doesn't repay my time to prepare for an all-day home project. This is my time they are wasting. They still haven't gotten back to me as of this writing of 3:21 PM and today's second miss. Their work quality is excellent if you can get them there. I will also file a BBB review.

Matthew Piemonte was very courteous and helpful. He installed a new meter and wiring on the outside, as well as a new electrical box in my basement.

Matthew Piemonte was on time. Showed us several problems with the electrical box. Explained solutions and quoted the job. Took all day but the did the work as discussed and took the time to show and explain everything. An excellent rating for Matthew.

They do not know what they are doing! Installed outlets without grounding, did not know how to put the cover on circuit box, charged for work not done, left wires hanging out, switches installed upside down, gouged walls and said â job was done â when all of the above was not corrected! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This was a last minute, kind of emergency project, and KMA was the absolute best I could’ve hired. The response time was almost instant, the follow up, perfect, and the work was TOP NOTCH!!!

Very prompt service to repair our AC. Quickly diagnosed the issue and found an additional item that they recommended replacing but did not pressure us to do the optional work. KMA responded and completed the repair on the same day we submitted our request.

It was good a job

I really like the way they were very professional. Don't know if it cleaned all the way or not would of liked to see what they got out of the ducts. But time will tell. My wife is the one making the finial say on if they fixed our problem.

The electrician was very knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the work to be done as well as explaining and providing estimates for future work.

The original appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm but the technician showed up at 3:35 pm. I did received a call that informed me that he will be half an hour late. It turn out to be 2 hours late. I was charged $195 for replacing 2 switches that took about 15 minutes. I felt I was way overcharged.

VERY quick response time - I literally had someone at my house within hours of making the service request. I'm very pleased with the result. There is a "dispatch fee" in addition to the cost of the service, which makes the overall cost a bit pricy, but the quality and quick turn-around-time made it worth the investment.

Electrian showed as promised. Very pleased with the professional work that was done and with the tech, Gerry.

He was on time, friendly, helpful, and explained the needed repairs in a concise manner.

The service provided by Aaron Simpson was a great representation of KMA. He was very professional and even arrived earlier that the appointment called for. He explained everything to me and did the repair very quickly. I'm very impressed by both KMA and Aaron.

They were very good in giving suggestions that I had not thought of.
