Kevin Clancy

Kevin and his crew show up on time, carefully assess the job at hand and work efficiently and professionally to produce excellent results. His work on my antique farmhouse porch and ceiling was very well done and I would highly recommend his company.

Very nice to deal with, other guys didn't follow thru with calls or price

Excellent work, great communication. Hired to replace an exterior 3 step staircase with railings at my house in Randolph. He finished the project in one day! I highly recommend Kevin and would definitely hire him again.

He did a terrific job, always answered the phone or got back with me, also cleaned up after himself!

Kevin was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, communicated well and work with us to make sure we got what we wanted. He says he wants to build his company for repeat business but providing quality work to his customers and he does. He definitely has a repeat customer in us!

We hired Kevin to rebuild our deck. Kevin and his helper Andy were very professional, and skilled. He was always on time. They both are very hard workers, and a pleasure to work with. Kevin explained everything he was doing, and even suggested improvements we didn't think of. He was reasonably priced, and didn't ask for an upfront fee as with most contractor. We are more than pleased with the final results. We plan on hiring him again in the fall for additional projects.

kevin on time as promised. Repair work done efficiently and matched the rest of the deck. I'd recommend him highly!

Kevin has been a joy to work with. He is always on time, does a great job, explains everything he is doing and why, and makes suggestions to improve upon what I had been planning. His work is meticulous and his pricing is very reasonable. I have already recommended him to friends and they are in the process of getting estimates from him too. I would highly recommend him for all your carpentry and repair projects.

Kevin power washed & stained our decks. They are looking great now. Well done. He was reasonably priced & didn't ask for an up front fee, to secure a date, as all the others did. He has a wonderful personality too. Happy & friendly! (A bonus)!!

Kevin Clancy did an amazing job installing our new hardwood floors. He was extremely precise on every detail. We could not be more pleased! He is neat, on-time and just a pleasant person to deal with. He returns calls right away. Kevin takes pride in his work, which we would say is "world-class craftsmanship"! Kevin is a real pro. We would highly recommend Kevin for any kind of carpentry job and we will without question use him again. We are extremely satisfied!

Kevin is not only an outstanding carpenter, but also a businessman who understands customer service. He showed up on time, and he and his crew did a great job. They took our rundown back porch and made it into a beautiful three-season room. The price was right, and we are extremely pleased with the way it turned out. Additionally, we threw a curve ball at him halfway through with some different type windows than originally discussed. Kevin was flexible enough to work with us and the windows look great! All this, and he's a great guy too.

When you look up the definition of "craftsman" in the dictionary, Kevin Clancy Carpentry will probably be mentioned as an example. Perfectionist, knowledgeable, experienced, and leaves the area clean and neat. He replaced an older deck and step off of our four season room in a flash. Highly recommend him...

Prompt, punctual, easy to work with, reasonable cost, good workmanship.

WOW!!! Our deck is fantastic !! It completely exceeded our expectations! We HIGHLY recommend Kevin !!! His work ethic, the breadth of his experience and his personality make working with him a pleasure and the finished project far exceeded our expectations; from every aspect including cost, highest quality of craftsmanship, the use of quality products, his attention to detail, as well as the personal pride he takes in his work is a homeowners dream.

Kevin was very professional and easy to deal with. He called me back promptly, showed up on-time, and completed the work as scheduled, high quality, and to the price he quoted. All in all he made it a very easy and pleasant experience. I was very pleased with how the job came out.

Kevin resurfaced my porch with composite wood. He was great to deal with from start to finish. He does good work plus he was able beat my other quotes. He had no problem answering my questions & was always on time & true to his word. I would definitely recommend him & wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Kevin Clancy's work on our siding and trim was top notch. We hired him to fix some rotted shingles around our roof, fill some woodpecker holes, and repair some window trim. His attention to detail both with the carpentry and the painting exceeded our expectations, and we have no doubt that his work will withstand the test of time. It's hard to find a good carpenter, so we'll definitely be recommending Kevin to our friends on the South Shore.

I would highly recommend Kevin. He understood the problems with the water damage to my deck and proceeded to make the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. An amiable guy with great character. He will be my go to guy for any future work.

Was very professional. Gave us a good estimate and performed the job in a timely manner. Will certainly use him next time we need work done.

Kevin was excellent. A gentleman. He fixed my deck and some ice damage. Did the work in one day. I'd recommend Kevin to anyone. He'll be doing more work for me.

He fixed a door that has not worked well for a long time

The ceiling of my porch and rear bulk head where both damaged by ice dams over the winter, both needed to be replaced. Kevin came right on time and did both jobs for a great price and in only one day . Highly recommended!

Kevin was so very easy to work with during the project of repairing and painting our deck. He has an engineering background and it shows up in the quality of his work. Highly recommend!!!!

Kevin did a great job. He showed up to do a walkthrough of the work (replacing some rotted trim, installing duct vents, etc.). Kevin promptly provided a reasonable estimate to complete the work, showed up when scheduled, and completed the job within the estimated timeframe. Work was done well and Kevin is very pleasant to work with. Definitely would hire him again.

Kevin is as good as it gets when it comes to quality of work and professionalism.
