We had crown moulding installed in our small condo's master bedroom, hall way & office area. Califf, works hard and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. It was clear that specific needs of installing crown moulding appeared to be beyond his experience, that said he completed the project. The 2 issues we had with his service were; A/ Setting his tools, caulking & glues on our furniture and newly tiled floors without any protection placed under them.. We had to repeatedly pick up his tools, etc and put paper or cardboard under the tools & glue to protect the furniture. B/ When the work day was finished (project to 1.5 days) he would leave wood scraps, sawdust, in the work & saw areas. The only effort to clean up the various work areas was putting a few pieces of scrap moulding in a plastic bag. We have grown to accept the workman we have hired via Home Advisor, leave the work area as clean as it was when they began. This was not the case, with this contractor.

Kaleff is very diligent about finding a good solution to your issue / request for repair. He has an excellent work standard
