We would absolutely hire Kris again and would recommend contacting him for any project. We finished/remodeled our basement, and the KMK bid was among the most competitive that we received. The basement turned out even better than we expected. The craftsmanship on everything is excellent. Kris and all of his workers were professional, polite and hardworking. They finished on budget and on time. Further, they did a great job keeping the house clean and livable during the project (e.g., keep the Washer/Dryer hooked up while working around it). They even came out on an unexpectedly hot spring Sunday to reconnect the AC during electrical work!

Kris and his team do fantastic work. We would recommend to anyone for any remodeling work they need done to their homes. They were professional and courteous and did everything we ask of them and more. Kris went above and beyond what we had expected and gave us a very fair price. He didn't nickel and dime us for every little change. Most importantly, we couldn't be happier with our brand new finished basement. We will use again without a doubt.

Very easy to deal with and at a great value! My basement project was only 500 sqft so I didn't want to break the bank. I had 4 providers quote the job and KMK came in the lowest, which made me a bit hesitant at first. However, after following up on his reference list, I felt comfortable enough to move forward. Gald I did, because the quality turned out to be even better than I anticipated. I plan on using them in the future to remodel a bathroom.

Kris and his team provided a great remodelling experience. They are very adept and have a wonderful work ethic. I would not think twice before hiring KMK for another project in my house. Very reasonable in every manner.

Krystian and his team is impeccable!!! I have had many remodeling contractors come through my home for projects, but this one is the only one that is enjoyable. Krystian and his team treats my house the way I would. They are smart and hard working. They listen very carefully and have made suggestions to me that were better than my original design. Once the pictures are posted, you will see the detailed craftsmanship that prompted me to ask them to do several additional projects around the house. Pricing wise:You do not want to sign any contractor without taking a listen to their price. Overall, we are extremely pleased with KMK!
