We proudly serve Old Bridge and the surrounding areas. We look forward to earning your business. Furnaces and air conditioners don't just snap together and plug in, unfortunately. It takes about $5,000 in tools and a few years of training to "finish what the manufacturer started." So, we really are the guys at the end of the manufacturing line. it just so happens to be in your backyard, attic or basement.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Nick responded my repair call very quickly. He came to the house very on time, did a very through check of our A/C and pinpointed all the issues with a reasonable estimate. As we agreed to the repair, he quickly fixed the problems and gave us lots of good suggestions on how to prevent these kind of problems. Our A/C runs well so far. I would definitely consider hiring kml for my future HVAC repair/replacement needs.

I would highly recommend KML group. Nick was the first to respond to my emergeny call (air blowing, but no heat). Not only did he come right away, but he was extremely professional and courteous. He was happy to show me what he was doing to diagnose/fix the problem. I thought his pricing was more than fair for coming out so quick on an emergency call. I would highly recommend!!!

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
After hiring Nick on July 20 to repair one of my central air conditioning units my second central air conditioner had a problem with a broken fan blade on July 21. I contacted Nick and told him the problem. He came by on the morning of July 22 to review the problem. He indicated that he would need to replace the fan blade unit. Nick indicated that he had to order this part from the manufacturer (Lennox) and told me he would be back in the afternoon to complete the job (he indicated that he had a previous appointment that he had to do that day). Nick returned that afternoon when the temperature was well into the 90's and completed the repair. He also noticed that there were some exposed loose wires on the unit and he repaired and tighten them as well. As I stated in my previous review, Nick is a very knowledgeable technician that performs his work in a professional manner. His costs are very reasonable and I highly recommend him if you need air conditioning repairs.

I called KML this morning concerning a problem with my central air conditioner unit. and I spoke to Nick who advised me that he would come by to fix my problem. Nick was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He then went to see if he had the necessary part for the repair. Nick stated that he didn't have the part in his truck and told me he would go to the parts warehouse that morning and return that afternoon. Nick stopped by that afternoon (earlier than what he expected) and performed the repair. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional I wouldn't hesitate to contact KML in the future if I have any issues with my heating and air conditioner units in the future.

my A/C stopped working logged on to home advisory .com at 9 pm.saw K.L.M. sent a request 9.45 got a phone call from Nick said be there at 9 am Nick came right on time check out my whole system found the problem (capacitor) replace it and now I'm cool I would recommend K.L.M.
