I had a leaky kitchen sink spray hose. Richard from KMP was very polite. After 5 minutes, he couldn't remove the old hose. He suggested we replace the entire faucet but it was going to cost over $500 with parts/install. I told him that I'd buy the faucet myself. He agreed to come back and install it for $106 minus the $39 service fee he charged me for the service call. I thought that was pretty fair as I heard per labor rates are around $80/hr. Next appointment Robert came to install the new faucet and did it in 45 minutes. My only concern in using in the future is that they charge by the project and their fees seem a little high.

The plumber KMP sent out to fix my clogged sewer drain was like the Chuck Norris of plumbers. He took a hammer to an old shed slab to uncover a broken cleanout, snaked the heck out of it, fixed our problem real good. Expensive though, almost $500.
