Worse experience I have ever had with a contractor. They didn't pitch my flat roof and tried to convince me they couldn't. The contractor didn't purchase spacers. I never received a copy of the permit to help lower insurance cost. Started in early 2022 and they had to come out 5 or 6 times to address leaks where I never had them before. They put silicone over the tar paper and most of my AC ducts.. Tried to blame AC ducts for leaks. That wasn't the problem. I thought we had finally stopped the water from coming inside in early 2023. But I'm taking on water again. I text Anthony the rep and sent a copy of the text to KMR Fort Lauderdale office It has been last week and still no answer back. Think I may just hire another roofer to fo the job right. Each call through to process went unanswered for days at a time so this time is not that unusual. With their work record with me I'm surprised they are still in business.

We hired KMR to reroof my elderly motherâ s house in Deerfield Beach. They treated her roof as if it was their own grandmothers. They were professional and they finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company. Special kudos to Edgar who handled this job.

Stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and greedy. They replaced my tile and flat roof for $34500. Please, before hiring this company, I invite you to take a look at their work on my roof. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Awesome work and price.

The roofer was punctual arrive half an hour early. He explains what he was going to do and work very efficiently. when he has finished again, explain what was done and that they will send me pictures. (which I have not received yet, still early, only about two weeks). Clean up all debris on the ground. Excellent job.

I was happy with KMR who I used to repair 20 broken tiles on a home we had just purchased. In the end the project was very successful. Communication between different departments and between the company and myself could have been better but hopefully this was due to the work being completed right around the December holidays. This however was not enough to give them less than 5 stars. I was very happy and would use them again.

They were very prompt in answering and quoting the job. They also came very soon. They did not do the job right the first time (I think they were rushed) but they came back and fixed it. Their customer service is very good.
