Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Scheduled service. Did not show on time. Called them. Said someone would be there in the afternoon. When they did arrive, their mower quit. I understand bad days. I was told they would return the next morning. No show and no communication. I reached out to a different service because the lawn really needed to be mowed. They arrived promptly the same day to give me a quote, the next day to mow the lawn and did an excellent job. I did not receive any communication from KMR Lawns. Monday morning, after 5 days of no communication. they showed up to mow my lawn. I informed them I had found a different service. No followup or apology. I do not enjoy giving bad ratings, but I felt it was only right to let others know my experience. I hope Kris is able to find better employees and equipment so my story is not repeated. I wish KMR Lawns all the best and encourage them to COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE!

Responded to my request for lawn service quickly. Kris was very nice and reasonable. He were willing to work with me while the house was in probate and I lived 900 miles away. I highly recommend him.
