This week, Kevin Fitzgerald from KMS Systems did a window install at our home. The home is old and needed new windows very badly. He gave us a great price and his team did amazing work. We received other estimates with one being from Home Depot. Kevin knocked their quote out of the park including much better windows. I cannot believe how good the new windows look and the sliding glass door. It makes such a difference on appearance and how the home is much cooler now. They cleaned up everything including hanging up the curtains and blinds when they were finished. Kevin is also a very good communicator. He keeps you in the loop about everything. From start to finish, KMS provided superior quality and professionalism! We are super happy with the new slider and windows. I recommend KMS systems to everyone.

Outstanding results. Keven was very personal and knowledgeable. He was present everyday to make sure that the workers did everything right. He even pitched in to help with the construction. Each day, he gave us an overview what was done and the next dayâ s expectations. Highly recommended.

We contracted KMS Systems to perform a bathroom remodel. Even though they do not advertise to do bathroom remodels, they did our job. The job took a bit longer than estimated. But the cost did not vary and the quality of the final product was to our satisfaction. Kevin took pride to make sure the project was done well and to our satisfaction.

Kevin, our project manager, is organized, easy to talk to, and kept us in the loop during the project. Tom, who did the majority of the work, is fabulous! He is meticulous and careful in his craft and made sure we were involved and happy as we went along. The guys at KMS are knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and honest. I recommend them highly.

This project was a complete vinyl residing of a two-story house, originally sided with cedar. The crew for this company worked very hard on my house and did a great job. The project ended up taking much longer than anticipated, due to extensive unseen damage that was discovered after starting the project. However, everyone was courteous and did their very best to make sure that everything was done correctly and appropriately, which I appreciate. I met with seven other contractors and KMS offered the lowest price, and was one of the few who actually understood and verified exactly what I was looking for before offering me an estimate. Even after the extra charges that had to be added due to the unforeseen framing work that had to be completed in order to finish the job, the final total of this project was still under the next lowest estimate for the job from other contractors.

Project was enclosure for a lanai. I interviewed 4 businesses and selected KMS based on the confidence projected and the detailed/ well explained offer of service. The price was not the lowest nor the highest.KMS took care of the entire administrative process and finished the work within time frames discussed to my entire satisfaction. A very minor flaw detected was resolved with no extra cost to me. I was given a modest reduction in the total cost due to a minor variation that had saved costs for KMS during the installation and was passed along to me. A small extra service not part of the project (tightening a door hinge) was very much appreciated.

I had a full kitchen remodel, including taking out a load bearing wall. I'm handicapped and Kevin and his team were outstanding in designing not only a beautiful kitchen but one that met my needs. KMS's designer and installer are a husband and wife team that work so well together adjusting the problems that would come up in remodeling a 1970's old home. All the plumbers, electricians and demolishing crew were so good about cleaning up after each job and always showed up on time. We were updated everyday with who was coming and what to expect. You just can't go wrong using KMS, Inc..

First, windows were not installed. I hired KMS Systems to hardy plank my rental house in Orange Park (his office is at the beach and maybe that's why he couldn't make the meetings that he picked the times on with my representative). The owner of KMS, Kevin, did not know what he was doing and left it in the hands of his sub-contractors, whom he did not check their work. He sounded like he was an absolute pro at hardy plank installation, but the week long job took about 6 months and it's still not right, but semi passable on the scale, i.e,...sometimes you have to let things go and move on.
