About us
I have been in business for twenty -five years, and I have never had a complaint to BBB. I always satisfy the customer, and do my work on a timely manner. The cheapest prices in all of Tucson, can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on the job. The reason why I can save you so much money is that I work out of my house, and I do the work myself. I do awnings, skirtings, window awnings, alumiwood, privacy panels, but my specialty is screen rooms. I do not currently work on retractable awnings, wood awnings, steel awnings, or canvas/fabric awnings.

Metal Awning or Patio Cover Repair
Awning needed to be taken down, for Facia to be replaced. Then awnings needed to be put back up. Kevin and his helper Albert were great. The job went smoothly, and this was done in 104 degree weather. I appreciated his doing this and the excellent job that Kevin did.

Metal Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
How often do we skip the lowest price contractor out of scepticism for quality? K Man was the only recommended contractor that could come give me an estimate within a week. I am so thrilled that he did! We got an awsome patio at a fraction of the other companies! He even made a recommendation that saved me $300.00. Go figure. I have given his contact info to 4 other homeowners in my association because his work passes the strict HOA rules! Dont be a fool and pay up to $7.00 per soft more. You will not notice the difference.

Metal Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
Kevin is a true professional. He is honest, very reliable and does a fantastic job. He quoted me a much lower price on my project which was an alum wood solid awning patio than the many other contractors who came before him. The old saying " if it sounds too good to be true it probably is " well that is not the case with Kevin. He as well as his workmanship is the real deal. He works hard and gets the job done right and on time. His goal is customer satisfaction "period."

Metal Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
I have been waiting for over a month for him to do the job and he keeps coming up with excuses. My son has been taking care of keeping me updated since I'm out of state and we are not happy with this person. He said himself that there wasn't any money in it for him. I don't know why he took the job. Well, we are finding someone else to do it.
