I reached out to K&N General Construction because I saw their truck in our neighborhood. We have been having a hard time finding a contractor who would show up to complete a job that had not been finished from a while ago. Manuel quickly responded to my request to come asses the situation. He was willing to start work the next week. He showed up on time, and his team were all careful to fully cover and clean up all areas of construction. They demolished part of the old ceiling that was left, installed the new drywall, painted, and installed a new ceiling fan light fixture. Work was completed on time, and he even came back and made sure the paint job was perfect. We are very happy with his work and plan to use him for more projects around the house including new flooring.

Very kind , respectful, efficient , and very neat

Installers were courteous and came in a timely manner to start the work. However, they damaged the door that they installed. They also damaged the siding (aluminum) trim, paint job, and door interior trim. They agreed to replace the door but refuse to pay for the damages to the other damages saying that this puts them on a lost. This shows disregard of the loses that I am incurring due to their negligence. I would never recommend this company.
