They were there when they said they would be.

Rating: 1.5 KNJ3 Landscaping/Tree removal and Retaining Wall installation. 1)  Excavation  method rushed, more time should have been taken to uncover sprinkler lines, cable and sewage line before excavating, less expenditure in line repair. 2) Limited experience in building a retaining walls, expectations of original plan not met. 3)Excavation and grading of upper front yard  surface for retaining wall let to shallow soil coverage of existing sprinkler lines. 4) Verification of sprinkler System for leaks during static pressure, all zone valves closed revealed leakage of previous line repairs and shallow soil coverage. 5) Focus seemed to be more on the next upcoming job/ project instead of the current job at hand. 6) Lacks experience and patience. 7) Concerns of other unreavled issues due to excavation method performed. I have pictures for additional information.

I expanded the scope of work. To include include another rental property. Price was reasonable done on time

KNJZ is Mac Ferguson. Mac lacks some experience, but makes up for it with hard work. He is very conscientious and ambitious, hoping to make his new venture successful. He did a great job in our yard. I'm very pleased.
