KNM Contracting

the contractors were supposed to start the middle of June,( due to a problem with fleas, they were not able to work for about 3 days.) on the 23rd of june, the house was sprayed so they could begin their work. I was out there several times and did not see any evidence of much work being done, then on June 30 there was a problem with the electric company WHICH WAS FIXED IN 1 DAY. I have emailed them several times and they keep promising to have the work finished, to date it still has not been done and was promised to have the inside done by this weekend (jul 20) and the outside to be painted in a few days. The new owners are ready to move in and the work still has not been done. I have paid half the money upfront and will pay rest when work is complete. This is NOT the way to do the job that was contracted for. I hesitated to write this but the new owners are having to stay at a hotel waiting to move in.

Ken and Adam worked very hard completing my variety of jobs, including replacing ceramic floor tile and dry walling garage ceiling where a leak had occurred. They were very professional and stayed late both nights.

I hired Mr. Ken Sosnowsky (KNM) to do some interior and exterior work in my house he was quick responding , his quote was good, and the work performed was outstanding. A very down on earth person, knowledgeable, resourceful and reliable. If I ever have to do any other work in my house I would not hesitate to hire him again. I will recommend to anyone anytime.

I hired KNM to remove and replace the ceiling in my garage. They did a wonderful job...stayed late and returned the next day to finish. I also had them do some electrical work which I am very pleased with. Pleasant guys and good attention to detail. I plan on having them back to do some painting and floor work soon. I would highly recommend this company.

KNM went out of their way to help me complete my projects as well as save money. I thought an appliance needed to be replaced ($350) but KNM was able to repair the item ($65) and enable me to do other projects with the extra money. He showed up on time and was polite and professional. I have already contacted with him for more work.

This contractor was wonderful to work with! We were trying to sell our home, living out of state, and were in need of several different repairs for the interior and exterior of the home. He was quick in responding and excellent in communicating with us about what was needed and providing quotes. It is always scary hiring someone you don't know, especially when you are not even there to meet them or see their work. The realty team we were working with stated that he did an excellent job and was very professional. I would highly recommend this contractor especially to someone out of state!

KNM personnel were professional at all times. When we had an issue they corrected it promptly. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Reliable and dependable

That I paid the guy, Ken Sosnowski for a service he didn't complete. And what he did do was was not why I hired him. He was supposed to fix my dryer and he didn't. He stated he would come back but he never returned and refuses to answer or return my calls. He asked for $65.00 I paid him $70.00. I don't believe I will ever use or recommend him or Home Advisors again. And my dryer is still unfixed with no diagnosis of what's wrong. I am extremely disappointed. Mary.
