Seth was very attentive and helped create a project that fit our budget.

They did an excellent job on our project, which ran longer and ended up being more complex than even they anticipated. They stayed the course with a lot of professionalism. Communication could be better at times, but in the end everything worked itself out.

This was second job KNS has performed for me. Both jobs were professional and quick.

I was very satisfied with several projects recently completed by KNS masonry. I had the front steps completely torn down and rebuilt, two retaining walls repaired, part of a sagging sidewalk removed and replaced, a chimney tuckpointed, and several rows of cinder blocks removed and replaced on a cracked foundation basement wall. David is very personable and extremely easy to work with. The entire crew was at work first thing in the morning every day and was very polite and courteous. The cost was very reasonable for the extent of work provided. I would very highly recommend KNS masonry.

Highly recommend. David Kelley was exceptionally gracious. I had to cancel his first appt. at the very last minute because of a medical emergency. I really mean last minute; his crew were already setting up at my house to do the work. Six months later I got back to the project. Kelley stuck to his original estimate and did the work very well. I am pleased that the new mortar in the repair is exactly matches the original. The repair is imperceptible. Good people, excellent work, fair price, and personal consideration -- who could ask for more?
