New roof 4 months ago and wood floor refinishing with plaster and paint for the walls. Very happy with the quality of work! Reasonable prices too. Kayla was very easy to work with - excellent customer service. Crews were on time, clean, polite, and careful with furniture and home. They work fast - no time is wasted. Would definitely use them again!

Over the past several weeks we have been working with DS Home Improvement to complete multiple projects at our home. To include a bathroom remodel, Stoop remodel, and roof replacement. My experience with DS Home Improvement was exemplary right out of the gate. The Project Manager, Keila DeLacruz explained the process of identifying the roof problem, right through to the insurance approval and roof installation. Essentially, they negotiated and got me a completely new roof and I only had to pay the insurance deductible.. I had attempted the process with other companies no less than 2 times in the last 10 years to no avail. DS Home Improvement got it done. They gained my confidence in their abilitiesl and explained that I didn't have to do anything except initiate contact with my insurance company to generate a claim number. They assumed ownership of the project after that, including all communications with my agent... DS Project Managers followed-up at the end of the install, and again a few days later to be certain I was satisfied. THEY CARE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY
