About us
That is the philosophy behind KOAL, PLLC, which offers full architectural services throughout Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, all from our office at 42 Gilford East Drive, Suite 4, Gilford, New Hampshire. We are currently working on both residential and commercial projects. Our residential projects include grand lake front homes and more modest age-in-place retirement additions. Commercial projects include renovations of an existing motel, a new hotel and function center, and a proposed construction and operations facility for the NH Department of Environmental Services. What ties all of these projects together? For each, I have been committed to the client's needs with creative, careful and competent architectural services, delivered within the client's parameters of time and cost.
