Ken is super communicative from quoting, ordering parts, scheduling, super smooth. Set Expectations from the beginning. No surprises. Straight shooter. He went the extra mile and did a few extras no charge. Highly recommend. Installed a lock and changed all the wheel bearings. Also had to move one of the 2x20 cross bars to make the lock fit and he did it at no extra charge. Great job!!!

Ken was timely, professional, and reasonably priced. He diagnosed the problem and had the materials and equipment to fix it. I even called him back the next day to fix a second garage door. Great job!

Ken showed up on time and did a quick diagnosis of my two garage doors and did a tuneup/ adjustment and lubriication on both. They travel up and down smooth as glass now! Great job!
