Gabe and crew did a great job. Lot was overgrown with pepper trees, that were 30 ft tall. They cleared the lot, removed the trees, leveled the lot. All at a reasonable cost and time. Highly Recommended.

We were looking for a company to mulch a vacant lot. Gabriel and his team (sorry I’m old and forgot the guys name) were simply great. They put up with the delays caused by the county and its nefarious scrub jay permit. They were respectful of our wishes , saving some native trees. They arrived at the site promptly when they said they would. Did the work at the price they quoted. Honest and truthful, they didn’t try to upsell anything. They did what we asked. The whole project ( except for the permits) was painless. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We needed tree work on our 3 acre property and Gabriel did a fabulous job. He was on time and fairly priced. As a real estate agent, I have recommended Gabriel to my clients, and they have also been happy with his work. I highly recommend Klobs Clearing and Land Services.

Building Site Preparation and Clearing
I needed my property cleaned up and also the property lines mulched back. They came out and gave a very reasonable quote and then exceeded my expectations of the job. I normally would assume heavy equipment would leave a mess but they were nearly perfectionist and left my property looking better then ever. I highly recommend these guys. Polite, respectful and professional!
