We do not recommend working with Korzo Construction. Our renovation experience was stressful for several reasons. Over time, we found the contractor to be unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. He did not listen to our concerns, failed to supervise or coordinate effectively with subcontractors, and showed little attention to detail. Key components of the project were not delivered on time, and in some cases, we had to step in and complete the work ourselves. There were instances where tasks were not completed at all. Additionally, basic precautions?such as covering the floors during painting?were neglected, leaving us to handle it ourselves. We also found a lack of accountability and responsibility for mistakes, with issues often being denied rather than addressed. Overall, we felt that our property and project were not treated with the care and professionalism we expected. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Korzo Construction.
