KOT installed my new kitchen cabinets. They did a fantastic job, even corrected a few small missteps we had made prior to them showing up. They definitely went above and beyond for us and my new cabinets look amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting cabinets installed or any other work done. спасибо KOT!!!!!

Excellent job! The crew arrived on time and completed the project beyond my expectations. I had a piece of blown off siding that was bent and ripped. KOT reattached it so that the damage is barely visible. And, they're rates are very reasonable.

The representative that came out was very good. I am planning on doing this project at a later date. I do plan to use his services. I feel that he is honest and juist in his rates and prices.

I am very happy with the work done by KOT Construction during every phase of the project. I started with a non-standard kitchen cabinet job that was VERY tricky. KOT's first contact was prompt. The gentleman that came to provide the quote was obviously knowledgeable, and discussed multiple approaches for completing the varios phases of the project. Their price was reasonable, and the contract covered the gotchas you hear about from other people's "I wish I had done": start date, end date, price paid as work progresses, etc. This sold me. In the end, the kitchen was flawless. If I had more projects to do in this home, I'd go with KOT.

Overall, they did a OK job and their price was pretty reasonable. Even though, job was not finished on schedule but they was able to come back next week to complete it. Also, there are few trim pieces that they forgot to install in the end. The good thing is that they cleaned the construction area everyday before they left.

I used KOT Construction to put down new ceramic tile floors in 3 bathrooms in my house. My wife and I absolutely love the work they did and the floors look great! It was a relatively simple job - flooring with drop down stairs above my garage. I had questions which involved several telephone calls and a return visit. At all times, he was professional and polite. His estimate was thorough and very reasonable. He honored his discount offer despite it taking longer than 7 days. He arrived on time and finished early. They left my property neat and clean. I would use KOT again and recommend them.

KOT took on a number of large scale projects throughout the course of four months, which included: resupporting the back of our house before building two new decks, remodeling a bathroom, and updating a basement with new drywall, a rebuilt staircase and painted floors. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of most of the projects was very good.
