Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install
His estimate was incomplete. Several items required to complete the project were not included in his estimate and I was required to pay for them. His was the lowest bid until all these items were added in. The workmanship was shoddy and he did not clean up the work site. I have had no luck getting him to come back and correct some of his obvious shoddy workmanship and clean up the site. I am embarrassed with the end result and will have to hire someone else to come and correct his shoddy job and clean up the work site.

I was unaware of the issues you are mentioning, and when you called our office I as( the secratary ) took your call and you did not mention to me the disappointment in the work done for your project.Also when I spoke with you over the phone to let you know about the items you would have to call for and you had went to the stores and purchased the materials as stated in our contract. There was nothing wrong with the work performed and you are taking the judgement of an ex employee or which does not care for me anyway so yes he feels that I took a job from him so he's going to tell you bad things. I had a professional finisher on that pad. Thank you for your opinion and have a wonderful day."
