KPL General Contracting

Kurt, I tried to call you a dozen times with no response. I just assume this is just poor professional conduct. Maybe you were never taught how to treat customers. I am very disappointed in how you handled our relationship considering that I liked your brothers work. You should have just been upfront and told me that you were not interested in my work rather than ghosting me. I just do not understand the ethical standards of the younger generation.

I had broken drain line that seeped through the floor and damaged flooring, drywall, base molding , cabinets etc.This destroyed my kitchen, hallway, bathroom and laundry room. I started off with a service that came in with fans and did a preliminary "drying" out. I then brought in an asbestos abatement company to remove flooring that contained asbestos. I chose KPL General Contracting based on a referral from a neighbor. I had seen the work they did at her home, and liked what I saw. Brad Peterson was my main contact with KPL. He provided the initial estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manner. The Job Foreman and crew were punctual, and got to work right away. Brad would occasionally stop by to check out to check on the progress, and the Job Foreman was there to oversee the hardworking crew's performance. All in all, they did what they promised to do, my home is back to "new". I am completely satisfied with their work and this was all done within their initial estimate. I hope this never happens to anyone else, but if it does, KPL is highly recommended.
