The KQC team was professional, timely, precise, and meticulous with their work. Kent listened carefuly to what I envisioned for my patio, made great suggestions, then made sure his team understood and followed through. I have had compliments on my new patio. I am happy with how it looks and I am enjoying my new outdoor living space.

The owner will promise the moon but did not complete the job to my satisfaction. His lead man, promised on his word, he would come back to fix a couple of problems caused by them if I paid them the final payment on the work. I paid the final installment and it’s been over 3 weeks without anyone returning to finish the work. The owner won’t even answer my phone calls. In my opinion these guys can’t be trusted.

The owner highlighted that he has been in the concrete business for over 30 years. We chose the more expensive option (stamping with color). He promised that he would move the irrigation lines on both sides of the driveway and that when it was done we wouldn’t see any difference from the way it looked prior to the start of the job. Not even close. When they tore out the old concrete they tore off a piece of the brick support to the garage and later blamed the people who initially installed the brick support. Their attempt to repair the section ended up looking amateurish. (They told us they are not masons). They broke or damaged some of the irrigation lines and told me they aren’t landscapers when I asked them to repair it. (They repaired some of it). The job was initially scheduled for 3 days and lasted for over two weeks. On their last day, one of the lead worker told me that there were a couple of things that were not completed but If I paid them the final payment; he would guarantee me he would come back and make it right. That’s been over 1 1/2 weeks ago and I can’t get the owner to answer my calls. I’ve left messages with no results. I hate to say this but stay away.

We had a driveway and walkway. Everything was done with swift completion. Clean up was done and project done in less than 10 days. Already recommended this company to others.

They had to come back in two weeks after the job was done and seal around the area and they did what they said they would do..that's a plus in my book

Would recommend, concrete curb looks great, worksite clean when finished

Great for the money but plan on doing a bit of finish work

Provided knowledgeable advice and multiple quotes for different options for our project. Project completed quickly and picked up everything.
