KR is a small, new company. I think they have only been in business for about a year. Our house was built in 1937 and the floors were in tough shape. KR did a good job of detailing and edging. The floors are gorgeous. As an added bonus they always answered their phone.

We had an unusual project. Previously a custom designed, inlayed wood floor was installed in our kitchen. It was beautiful until a very thick layer of epoxy was incorrectly applied on the top; it was a mess. At least 5 refinishing companies came in and said they wouldn't touch it or to "just rip it out". KR flooring looked at it and said it would not be a problem to refinish but would take a bit longer to do the job than a standard refinish. It took less time than I expected, and the floor is stunning. They knew exactly what to do, did exactly what was promised and the pricing was great. I will be calling them again to do the rest of our floors soon. Our house is 120 years old, with original floors and I know they will treat them with care.

Great communication and service!

Amazing work, our floors look gorgeous! Their team worked hard and left hardly any dust. They were able to patch some holes that the previous owner had drilled into the hardwood so that they're barely noticeable. Communication could have been a bit better but aside from that I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I hired to have the floors in my rental unit refinished. They haven't looked better in decades! They did such a great job that I hired them to do the (very neglected) floors/stairs in a single family home I just bought. Not yet finished, but on the way to STUNNING!!
