I asked for the soft spots in my floor to be repaired. They did come out to fix their mistakes, but it has not been fixed and I will gladly offer anyone who comes to the house an opportunity to see the quality of their work. They reinstalled the toilet, but George Brazil had to come do it correctly. I was told by William, owner's son, the charge would be replaced, but he has stopped responding and I have not seen the refund. Kurt, the owner, was very friendly to start. I had requested them return and they refused until Capital One refunded my money. They came out the next day initially saying they did not know Capital One was involved. Kurt was very antagonistic about it saying they did everything correctly. I contacted the Registrar of Contractor's and they are not registered, so the ROC did not get involved.

The order was written up and half paid on September 22d, 2021. After four attempts to get a response from **Scott** the very nice sales agent, I have gotten only his assurance that someone from the **home office** will contact me about the status of my order of 335 sq.ft. of outdoor carpet. I guess the domestic shipping problem is holding up my job. Would that someone contact and update me. Otherwise, I have no opinion on the job to date. UPDATE: I was notified promptly by the main office, and the work was scheduled and completed on Nov. 8, 2021, and done perfectly. I am very pleased with the carpet quality and with the Schluter edge trim. William and David worked well together to produce a great new look for my patio. Thank you (all). I heartily recommend KR Flooring Solutions.

This was the best experience ever. Kurt explained all the bad reviews I had read and we were then comfortable hiring them. All the promises came to fruition and the install team was so customer oriented and they were so careful not to damage any of our house. They finished laying the floor that first day and we're back the next day to paint and install the trim. It all looks beautiful we are sooooo happy with K&R . Thank you Thank you

Do not do business with this company. Not sure who the 5 star review people dealt with on their installation, but it couldn't have been the ones that did ours. We were lied to the entire process. We were told all installers are employed by the company, and the main installer showed up with 2 guys he picked up at Home Depot. Drink cups left on furniture, things knocked off the wall and damaged and they didn't tell us about them. I tried to call the salesman; He did not ever return my call. Communicated to me through text. Spoke with the sales manger; Acted disinterested. Just horrible customer service. Fair installation.

These guys came in and simply installed the floors without any fuss or muss. They completed living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, hall and stairs in one day. It looks beautiful.

1) Salesman overestimated the measurements and got the contract signed based on inflated measurement. Before they were ordering the tiles, we asked them to supply only 721 sq feet instead of the original quote quantity based on 860 sq feet. After installation, we were still left with 2 spare boxes. They were clearly using such tricks to make money. The height of bad business practice was that they still went ahead and used my credit card to charge the full amount based on the original quote. When I asked why they charged $840 for the tiles that they never supplied and never installed, they never responded back. 2) The contract said they would remove reset three toilets. When the work was done, they left the three toilets out and the water supply of the whole house disconnected. 3) Their workmanship quality was too bad. They replaced the same baseboards as were removed and they really looked ugly. They should have asked me to get new baseboards worth $100 so that my $5000 worth of flooring would not look so bad. 4) The salesman told that they would use transition molding where ever the tiles came in contact with the carpet. But the installer did not use any molding. When asked, they simply rejected. 5) At the time of project completion, I mentioned all these above issues on the sign-off sheet. Still, they never responded back. They were happy with all the money they collected without finishing the work.

"Anil, our ROC meeting today went well in our favor. The ROC told you to return our money because you did sign off on the work and then backcharged us. Sir, we have sign offs from you for every ounce of work that we did and we even did extra work for you at no additional charge. It is a shame that there are people like you who nickel and dime a company when we went above and beyond. Also, we informed you that we couldnt put your toilet back on because your pipe needed to be replaced. If you would have replaced the pipe we would have been able to reset the toilet and told you we would do that exatly. We are a licensed company sir and will not put ourselves in a situation where your toilet would leak because we re-installed the toilet on a faulty line. Incomplete job and extensive dust/tile demo damage. Our home was a mess and 2 months post-install we are left with an unfinished job and multiple damaged items from installers and a repair person that **attempted** to fix but was NOT a pro. We are left with 3 MISSING pieces and received threats of a lien from K and R. I find it VERY surprising that Home Advisors would recommend such an unprofessional company. I have had nothing but awesome **pros** from Home Advisors, until this. I need to speak with someone at Home Advisors. This **Pro** should be removed. Very far from professional and I have photos, etc. to back my allegations.

I'm really not sure about KR flooring, they talked a good game but when it came to delivering on there work the quality subpar at best. when I mentioned this to Isiah, he was more interested in collecting the balance for the work and once he collected his money the only consolation he offered me was have a great day.
