Ken was on time when he said he would be at my home. He does excellent work. We had him wire for a Hot Water Heater and furnace, wire a ceiling fan, and hang and wire a ceiling light. This is the second house that he worked on for us. I will not have anyone else do my electrical except for Ken.

$135.00 to replace a $10 light switch. Ridiculously overpriced.

Wow! What a great crew! We had four ceiling fans installed. They arrived on time installed perfect and were clean extremely polite. I would truly recommend this company. They even took the packaging. Leaving no mess for us. Ken was straight up honest about the cost no surprise costs. Shane called the day before and the morning of the job confirming everything. They also gave us a military discount as my husband is a disabled Vietnam vet. Price was very fair. These are honest electricians and we are very satisfied customers.

KRH responded almost immediately to my request for a quote on my job which was to convert three canned lights in our kitchen to pendant lighting as well to install new track lights and a dimmer in our family room. Shane my electrician came out the same day, gave me a quote, then returned as agreed a couple days later to complete the job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

Although the job cost more than I thought, Ken was very professional and accommodating. He and Shane completed the job quickly and efficiently. There were no added costs to the original estimate. I highly recommend KRH electrical if you want the job completed correctly.

Their price was $100 less than another quote for getting electricity to point of hanging a string of patio lights and hanging them. The two technicians worked with us to get things done the way we wanted. The estimate of $300 to $350 was the end price.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion over who was going to do what. I asked to have a dining fixture installed along with two ceiling fans. I did not receive an advance estimate. When Kenny arrived he had a paper listing only the installation of the ceiling fans for $294. I thought that was a lot of money to put up two ceiling fans but I needed it done. Kenny did a fine job with the fans. Said they would not be able to move the ceiling power source & install the dining fixture though. I hired a local handyman service I had used before to do the dining fixture. They went up into the attic, determined there was enough wire to pull over, created a new ceiling outlet, patched the old hole & repainted the ceiling. It was a lot of work, but not one K&R wanted to do. While Kenny did a fine job installing the ceiling fans, I think it was too pricey & they were unable to move the dining fixture. Probably would not hire K&R again. I will continue to use the handyman service. They provide more services & at less money. Electricians should be saved for wiring homes & dealing with electrical outages. Basic home jobs are just kind of out of their wheelhouse.

The technician did an excellent job installing our ceiling fans. However, he quoted us a price of $500-600 and because we added an extra switch, we ended up with a bill of $800. Also, the technician cleaned up but I had to clean up after him, he needs to work on his clean-up.

Didn't finish the job.

Good job is not coming cheap, that is for sure. I have paid allot more than I expected.

Contacted us right away and came out the next day. Richard was very prompt and personable. He showed me what he was doing and explained things as he went along. So far so good with the repairs he performed.
