I recently hired K&R Property Preservation to remove some debris from my home. Karen was punctual, friendly and got right to work. She quickly loaded the debris. Seemed polite but never completed any job. Came hours after schedule and left early only to promise to come back to finish never did. Much damage to property, antiques and premises. Three days without response and then incoherent nasty text. Would never use them for anything and have made reports to authorities, licensing board and insurance.
