Two months after our project completion the stain applied to our concrete patio by KRS Construction began to deteriorate & fail. I reached out multiple times asking if they' d be willing to return to touch it up. After several days with no response, I finally received the following message from Preston: Honestly how childish are you? With your smart a** texts. I already told you where you can get the stain to touch it up. There is no warranty and you never signed any sort of contract, and that was your choice. Our business with you was finished once the job was completed. Have a good day. Not exactly professional! I'd avoid KRS Construction if I were you.

Without a doubt, the best group of guys and the best job for the money you will ever find! I hired them to do a 6ft privacy fence with 320 linear feet of wood and they had it up 3 and a 1/2 days and it looks amazing. The quality of there work is as good as you will ever find at a price that beats all the others hands down. Highly recommend KRS for all your fencing needs!

Update: While they did fine at the time, the fencing is falling apart where boards and all the poles and the gates have broken and needed to be replaced. One of the sides is completely falling because the post was not put in deep enough. The fence didn't even last a year. _____________________________________________________ These guys are honest and hardworking. They show up when they say they will, and completed the project in the timeframe given. It looks beautiful!! Even with the rain, these two powered through to make good on the contract! I highly recommend them.

They were great to work with. When they did the estimate I didnt feel pressured. The cost for the project was affordable for me and the quality of the work was outstanding. Their communication with me was great; kept me informed every step of the way and ensured I understood how the work would be done.We even had to reschedule the work date due to weather. They called me in plenty of time and were accommodating to my schedule. The crew takes great pride in their work and ensures it is done right. The finished work looks great! They were a joy to work with and I will definitely will use this company again.
