Dean the owner preformed meticulous work. Showed up on time and worked jobs to completion as he committed to. One 4 day job and one three day job. both hard wood flooring and trim. Excellent communication With Dean and his assistance. Everything happened as they said it would. Dean even fixed some work done by the previous contractor. Now that is an excellent contractor!!

The basement renewal , after a sump pump disaster , looks inviting again, thanks to Dean and his crew. They completely replaced drywall ,doors, and laid vinyl planking and baseboard and trim.In addition to the drywall painting Dean even suggested a color which looks great. I would certainly recommend them.

I had contacted four companies prior to hiring Dean for deck restoration work. Dean made the difference because he had clear expertise in the area and clearly communicated to us what steps he was going to take as part of the repairs. He was very thorough and did a great job. My old deck now looks as good as new. We're very glad we hired KRS, and would happily work with them in the future.
