Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. He was 1.5 hours late to give me a quote to clean my home and roof but I still agreed to have the work done Friday. I was out of town and received no call or text Friday saying the job wasn't completed. On Sunday, I texted him asking how it went. Only then did he tell me he hadn't done the work because he had been in a car accident. Emergencies happen, but after receiving no communication for two days and only hearing the explanation after I contacted him, I had serious doubts about the situation. I told him I no longer wanted the work done, but he continued texting me instead of professionally accepting my decision. Repeatedly calling me "buddy" while I was expressing legitimate concerns also came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Between being late, the no-call/no-show, poor communication, and how the situation was handled afterward, I simply don't trust this company and would not recommend them.

Mark and his crew were great. The entire process (4 story home, deck, driveway abd patio) took only about 4 hours and what a difference. Great service and even better value! I highly recommend KRS.
