K. R. Siding & Gutter

I live in a townhome community. Our HOA Board hired a roofer to replace our existing roofs. In the process, the roofers damaged a panel on my existing siding. I was skeptical about the repair, so I called KR Siding to get its opinion. I spoke with Braxton, who asked me to send him photos. He was just arriving to a job, so he said he would call me tomorrow. Within the hour, Kent called me, reviewed the photos, and assured me that the installation was done correctly. I was so relieved and so grateful. I'm not a paying customer and yet, these two gentlemen graciously took the time to help an old lady in a stressful situation out of the goodness of their hearts. This tells me a lot about the character of these men and of this company. I genuinely hope when it's time for our siding to be replaced, that KR Siding will be the company our HOA Board hires. I will certainly be shouting their praises. Thank you!!

They made it very easy to book and they answered all my questions quickly. I didn't need to be home for the work and they finished in one day. KR made this an easy & painless process, I wish I would have done it earlier.

They came and fix my broken post and did an excellent job!

I am giving this company no stars. I am very disappointed with their work. I own a condominium in Salt Lake City. K.R. Siding and Gutter replaced the siding on the buildings in the Wood Hollow Condominium complex. The siding that was replaced is fine. The problem is that they recommended replacing the windows also before the siding was installed. If we did not replace the windows they would not guarantee their work. I had replaced my windows 5 years earlier, but did it again so that I would have the guarantee. The windows were put in by the siding company and it was done very poorly. My condo was one of many that had damage done in the process of replacing the windows. This damage was done to the inside of the windowsills. When contacting the company I received information that I was on a list to have repairs considered. Later I received information that the company had turned this over to their insurance representative. It took me from April to about the first of August to finally get an insurance adjuster to come to my condo. After looking things over he said I should ask my homeowners insurance to cover the damage. When I checked with my homeowners insurance they said that the problem was not anyones fault but the window installers, thus K.R. Siding and Gutter. This was simply a case of improper window installation. I left a phone message with the insurance adjuster Jeremy Rice, and have yet to hear back from him, one month later. I think this is poor business practice. I cannot recommend this company until they properly finish the window installation on my condo. Wendy S.

K.R. Siding did an excellent job on my siding. It looks a 1000 times better. The had to make a lot of cuts on one area of siding and did it with precision. I would highly recommend them!

Quick response and resolved the problem effectively

Kayden was very professional and courteous....the install was done promptly and very well done....only one problem that was out of his control. That snag was resolved quickly the next day...Thanks Kayden and KR siding..

Very professional and efficient. It took a little longer than expected to get on their schedule for a small job but, it was worth the wait. Great job!

Easy to get quote and they came to install the gutter when they said they would.

Excellent workmanship, quality and price. I would give them 6 stars for showing up on time, and for the tremendous job that they did on my home.

Great job!!

Prompt and easy to work with. High value for the money.

Very professional and timely!

We had a fairly small job. Others were going to charge a $395 trip fee, but K.R. just charged us for the job which ended up costing $200. They were able to send me a bid through email. Their pricing was very good. We had a portion of our rain gutter replaced. Jonathan Garcia was our installer and he did a great job, thorough, clean, fast work. Very smooth process.

They were great from the estimate to the install to the ease of payment.

Just showed up with no notification and did the job. Would have like to have some kind of notification

Good company to do business with. They keep you informed at all stages.

Fast and efficient with installation. Knowledgeable. Quality material at a good price.

They did a great job.

Came out to give a bid and was very professional. Impressed with the quality of work by installers. We couldn’t have asked for a better company. The product speaks for itself. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for seamless gutters.

This company responded quickly to my request, provided me with different options, and installed the gutters 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The cost was very reasonable to top the entire experience off. I’d recommend them without any hesitation and would use them again on future products. Their quality service and product are incomparable.

Fast, quality service. Had a bid in minutes! Waited on bids from three other places and they had the best price and the quality was great. Highly recommend.

Came out and did what was in contract

They were professional. easy to communicate with and timely. The gutters and down spouts are perfect.
