K-Rawls Do All

We gave Kollin a very difficult and big project. We needed our unfinished basement completed. The items that needed addressed was drywall installation, insulation, electrical, a wall built and the ceiling completed. Our basement floor is so uneven that it gave Kollin a challenge but he made our basement look great. He gave us a fair price and the job took longer than expected but that was out of his control. I gave a 4.5 on customer service only because there was a period of time where it was difficult to get a hold of him but that was rectified quickly. We would recommend him to do more work for us and to our friends and family. He is a very nice young man and he does wonderful work.

A couple of small spots were missed that I'm taking care of, and there was a ground out in one of the electrical light cans. All fixed, but where K-Rawls lost me was that he was unresponsive to my contact with the issues with the electrical.

Very polite and easy to work with. Communication was good and Kollin is a really nice young man. My only concern is that he was late both days and the one-day job became a two-day job because of this. He did, however, let me know he was going to be late, so that was helpful. His price was fair and the quality of the job he did is very good. I would hire him again.
