Scott was very nice to work with. He responded immediately to my HomeAdvisor inquiry. I am not located in Knoxville but have rental property there. We had an unusual sound coming from the outside unit and he came back immediately and now it is resolved. I plan to use Extreme Climate annually for a system check up.
