They do a thorough job, but they don't always put things back the way they were. Example: shower stool in bathtub is always put back lengthwise instead of crosswise. I always have to take it out and put it back the way it belongs.

We ve been with K&S for over 18 months. During that time frame we moved from a very spacious apartment (1600 sq ft) to a much larger home (approximately 3500 sq fr). K&S was willing to customize our bi-monthly cleaning schedule to meet our family need. They never missed a beat during our relocation. K&S continue to impress us with their superior quality and customer service. They are flexible with last minute schedule changes, which is imperative to our ever-changing schedules. If any deficiencies are reported, they are immediately rectified without additional cost or inconvenience. I m a critic by nature but they continue to exceed my expectations. We highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed. I thank them every other week for making my life so much easier!

Recently hired K&S Cleaning to clean my house on a routine, every two weeks, schedule. OMG - I have died and gone to clean house heaven! My house is spotless and the crew even changes sheets and makes beds. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

I hired Hummingbird Cleaners for bi-monthly cleaning of a three-bedroom condo. The crew consisted of Steve, the owner, Loraina and Maria. The were very efficient, did an excellent job and left the place sparkling. And in only 1 1/2 hours! The cost was very reasonable. I look forward to having them come every other week.

Steve and his staff were amazing! Punctual, very professional and my house looks and smells amazing! Will definitely use them again and will refer them to my friends.

We really like the owner. He sounded very serious and flexible. However, the cleaning was not good. They did not mop the corners, did not dust the corners. They cleaned less than half of my window sills. I am still in the market for a good cleaning company or individual.
