Absolutely the best people I have ever hired. They were always on time and kept me informed at every step. The workmanship was outstanding. They removed lots of river rock and pored a large patio and walkway. My wife loved the way the removed their shoes when they came in the house a sign of respect. I have already recommended them to many people and will use them on my next project. If you are looking for hard working honest people you can not go wrong with KS Construction !!!

We are so glad we decided to go with Paul and KS Construction. From the beginning, Paul explained very clearly all the steps of the project, and displayed knowledge of all aspects of the business, including the little things one needs to consider but might not think of. He went above and beyond. We have never seen such conscientious and focused workers. They all took their shoes off while in the house, and while Paul was explaining things to us, the other workers kept diligently working and didn't pause. Paul demonstrated strong ethical values. They put in egress windows in one day at a reasonable cost. We would give them a 6 Star if we could. We have more projects for which we will definitely consider hiring them.

They came out on an extra day to accommodate Rebath install. Paul was super helpful and I will definitely use this contractor again.

I appreciate that Paul was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process to me. Work was completed efficiently at a reasonable cost compared to other companies that I received bids from. I'm considering hiring again in the winter for bathroom remodel.

I hired this contractor to replace our 1600 sq ft roof it took just 2 days they are very efficient, fast and professional. I will highly recommend this company I will call them for my future construction projects and will let my friends and relatives to hire them. Out of 10 roof bids that I got they were 1,500 dollars cheaper the roof work looks great my house is located at 2724 N LEE in Spokane, WA drive by and take a look at the new roof. GREAT JOB! After KS Construction did a wonderful job late in the summer, they came back in late Fall when weather was good to install two windows )one is egress window) in basement in front of our house facing west. Dug out dirt, cut out concrete, wood frame openings, install the windows with wood painted trims and at last the area wells. Very good and professional work that I have been fond of everyday!

We hired KS Construction to build a roof over our back patio. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, as the finished project appears like it was originally built when the house was built. They are professional in every aspect; working with the owners suggestions; customer relations; quality of work; work ethics; prompt return of phone calls; etc. What pleased us most was their conscientious and meticulous attention to detail, making sure it was exactly what we desired.
