UPDATE: The company got in contact with me the other day and apologized. Still never came and got it weeks later. When I called and said who I was, they immediately hung up on me and would not answer again. DO NOT pay these people ahead of time. I tried to hire this company to haul some junk from my yard in Nashville. Someone named Andrew called from this company number very quickly. He was very nice and made good conversation. He said he would be over the next day to pick up the mattress and box spring from my yard. I knew I should not have done it, but I went ahead and sent him the $65 on the cash app for the job. The next day no one showed up. I called and texted many times but there is no voicemail box and suddenly no one was responding. Requested a refund on the cash app that was denied. That was the last of my paycheck.

I am located in Nashville and was looking for a reasonable price on getting my gutters cleaned and was recommended K&S. The customer service was great and they were very polite. They knew what they was doing and had my best interest in mind. They talked to me about the different services they had available. They did great work and showed up on time. K and S was a lifesaver! We had needed deep cleaning on a property we owned that was left in ruins and they made it look BRAND-NEW! You would not have ever known it had been in the condition it was before. They were very professional and reasonably priced with overall great customer service!
