Very professional and clean work.

Great group of guys. They came to fix our upstairs heat during the freeze on December 24 -26, 2022. They arrived the day we called them, despite a busy weekend for them. Fixed the problem that day. Thank you KS Mechanical Services. Would definitely hire them again.

Woke up to no heat, they arrived quickly and got the issue resolved.

Poor installation of furnace/ac unit. condensation tube resting on the floor. moisture from hot, humid air would condense on the tube and drip onto the wood floor causing puddles that would seep into the wood. I was able to lift the unit just enough to get an aluminum foil pan under it.

KS saved the day with prompt accurate professional service. When others wouldnâ  t respond or tried to delay service call, Lance and Rita were attentive and timely for emergency troubleshooting and repair. We will continue to call on them for any repair/ installation of our heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommend you do the same.

Had a mini-split installed by this company, and am so pleased. They were reliable, courteous, and most of all. the job was done perfectly and enjoying the results. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a central air condenser and a gas furnace replaced. Lance and his crew showed up on time with all equipment ready to go. Job was completed in one day. I was impressed with the professionalism with everyone from this company including Rita, who I spoke with on the phone, and Lance, who coordinated and helped with the installation of two split AC units. I had done a lot of research about split AC units before hiring KS Mechanical... I was incredibly happy with the brand they used for this job as many of the reviews for brands available at popular home improvement stores have spotty reviews. The communication with Lance and Rita was superb. They showed up promptly at 9am on the day of the job (actually they showed up early which earns brownie points in my book). They worked efficiently and finished early. They cleaned up after themselves, which was also something I noticed and appreciated. I was so happy with the installation I signed a service with KS Mechanical to handle all my heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend this company. 5+++ stars!

Lance and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. It was a very big job, new tankless boiler install, oil tank removal and a new gas line for a pool heater. KS handled everything quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects. Stop searching ... this is the company you call!

Lance and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. I had many questions concerning the scope of work and at NO time did I feel as if my questions were an annoyance. The crew arrived on time every day, and even took care of some ancillary issues with my utility room. The old oil tank was drained, the oil hauled away, and the unsightly tank as well. I chose KS mechanical over other vendors because from the moment Lance and I talked, he was very knowledgable and wanted my family to get our money's worth and NOT overpay. He was genuinely concerned for us and that personal connection sealed the deal for me. If anyone is in need of a professional, courteous, knowledgable and down to earth contractor, Lance and KS Mechanical are highly recommended by me.

Fast and professional at a good price

Everyone that i dealt with at KS was wonderful. I called for a regular seasonal cleaning that wound up being a fuel pump replacement; the crew went and found a pump within an hour, and during that time the owner, Lance, came by to talk to me and explain it. I highly recommend KS Mechanical and i will be using them again for sure.

Lance and his crew were excellent, made sure everything was done in a quick and professional manner. When Lance first met with us he was thorough and explained all our options and advised us on which would be the most efficient system and what the improvements would be. The technicians did an outstanding job, made sure everything was performed satisfactorily and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. When finished they made sure everything was clean and in proper working condition. The price was great also and I would recommend KS Mechanical 100%. As a side note Rita was fantastic about taking care of any office/paperwork that was needed and checking with us to make sure there were no issues.

Lance (owner) and his team is very friendly and professional. They restlessly work to replace my old furnace and hot water tank and install navient combi boiler. Which is space saver and neat looking. KS Mechanical services did excellent job on installing. They charged very fare price than other competitors in the area.
