We couldnâ t be more pleased! We recently had an electric fireplace, mantel and TV bracket installed by K&S Services. They came out to the house and did an initial assessment. From the moment we met Terry and Jake we were impressed with their warm conversation and professionalism. For us It was the small details, and their knowledge and amazing diverse craftsmanship to create a fireplace that we love and will cherish for years to come. We highly endorse and recommend K&S Services for any project you may be considering!

I wish I had made another choice! Terrible work ethic, Never showed up on time or when he said he would. I waited for days for him to pick up his stuff, and the day and time I said I was not available he shows up and starts calling my phone. Always had an excuse. Very unprepared and used my ladder and kept asking if I had other tools because he forgot his. Promised me a team and brought his 2 sons to my job site. He was very impatient and would get annoyed when I asked him for the simplest of things. I reimbursed the cost of materials, Asked for the receipt and never got it. He did not clean up after himself on the days he did show up. Once he found out it could be an insurance claim, he tried to add charges outside of the original quote. He has several different phone number and the voice mails are full and does not return calls or texts in a timely manor. NO customer service skills. I am very disappointed.

hired to replace bathtub and rear entry door. Started the work and then said would be back in a day or two to finish trim and install door. Didn't call for over week. I had already finished the trim because I needed it completed as daughter was returning home. I would be very cautious about hiring K&S

Our contractual agreement for staining 3600 sq ft of privacy fence was clear from the beginning. I knew the process, the product to be used and the price. All were great. And what a job well done! K&S Services went "over and above" the norm to do a complete and thorough job. The best compliment that could have made to me about the job was when it was completed (in a very short time I might add) K&S Services came to me and said come take a look. I can honestly say that I am as pleased with the job when it started as I am when it ended!

Make sure you get everything in writing. Don't go by what they tell you. Make sure it's on pen and paper.

I called Terry to take care of a few items that I needed wrapped up at the end of a remodeling project and he was able to knock them out very promptly and at a fair price.

The work they were hired to do was done very well but the extra things I had done was a bit over priced.
