I only gave 4.5 on value as I don't know what this should cost.Aside from that,the guys couldn't have been nicer or more informative. The job changed as they were doing it and they explained it,got what they needed,and completed the job,same day.It was a main post for screened porch replacement.They went above and beyond,truly. I would not hesitate to call them for another job,as well as refer our friends to this company. Note,they were on time and respectful,and considered our budget as changes occurred. Thank you K&S!

hired to replace bathtub and rear entry door. Started the work and then said would be back in a day or two to finish trim and install door. Didn't call for over week. I had already finished the trim because I needed it completed as daughter was returning home. I would be very cautious about hiring K&S

"This is not true. We signed a contract to do work for this man to put a bathtub in and rear entry way door. When we arrived to do the work, the replacing a tub turned into replacing a tub with a bath fitter. It was explained to the gentleman that a bath fitter requires more work, time and money. Then he was asked what was the most important thing to get done that day because we have a schedule and did not a lot for a 2-day project. The original quote and project would have only took 1 day. He said the bath fitter was most important do to his daughter coming back home. So we did that and explained we would reschedule to install the door because."

Small Projects Painting or Staining
Our contractual agreement for staining 3600 sq ft of privacy fence was clear from the beginning. I knew the process, the product to be used and the price. All were great. And what a job well done! K&S Services went "over and above" the norm to do a complete and thorough job. The best compliment that could have made to me about the job was when it was completed (in a very short time I might add) K&S Services came to me and said come take a look. I can honestly say that I am as pleased with the job when it started as I am when it ended!
