Buyer beware! This company is reckless and unprofessional. After I handed over a large deposit they will go radio silent for up to a month. Promising deadlines that keep being missed with zero communication. They began excavation with heavy machinery on my property without even opening a digsafe ticket (a major violation of Vermont state law) and hit my private power line. The owner attempted to manipulate me on multiple occasions misrepresenting the law and straight up lying. My fence job included a vinyl and a chainlink portion and he delivered heavily damaged, scraped, and scuffed materials and claimed they brand new. The photo below shows the level of marking i am talking about. 350 feet of deep scuffs and scratches and chipped paint. He claims that he put some rustoleum enamel on it so it is fixed. Oof. So disappointed, and now looking at a potential legal battle too.
