The estimator Isidro came out within a week of my call and 2 days later provided an estimate for the repair of a downspout and deck and replacement of a fence. The bid was reasonable for the deck, and less than expected for the fence, but the charges for the downspout seemed a little high. When I asked about it, he was very responsive to all my questions and answered them satisfactorily and we came to an agreement. I hired them for all 3 projects and 3 weeks later my deck and fence were completed and done beautifully. The downspout is a custom order and is still pending. The crew that came to the site we are very productive and worked hard without taking hardly any breaks they showed up on time, cleaned up after and we are very respectful of the property. They even cleaned my garage floor and hauled away some yard waste. These guys were pros and person scheduling and answering the phone made sure to call back and verify the correct address. Great company all around. I would recommend them.

Everyone worked with us to make sure we were in budget. Topnotch service start to finish. Cleaned up and everything. Even cleaned up the inside of the garage.

They were quick to respond , came out right away and quoted then came out a week later to complete the job. More affordable than others that I got quoted , quick and professional.

They haven't done it yet. They were the only ones who responded and did so quickly. Made me feel they knew what was best moneywise even though I will probably be moving in about 5 years -and the house will be torn down and townhouses or about 3 family homes would be put up.

I hired this company to roof my daycare. The playgrounds were next to the building. They took great care in making sure nothing fell to the ground that could later hurt one of the kids. They were on time and finished the project within the quoted timeframe. When getting quotes they were the only company that looked at the roof before giving me a quote. They also did not try to up sale me past my budget. I will hire this company in the future if I need more roofing done.

KSingleCorp gets 5 stars. We had been building a home for our daughter and her family and, once the rafters were up, we realized we were past our ability to finish the roof. Joni and the KSingleCorp crew came in very quickly, just beating the rainy weeks ahead, and got the CDX and waterproofing up. Their work was complicated by the fact that we – as amatures - had not quite finished getting rafters up on a back deck, our bird blocking was not straight and we had some high CDX sheathing we hadn’t completed. We were particularly impressed with the foreman, José, whose answer to all our questions was “Sure, we can do that”. Very highly recommend this group.

Overall, the work performed was mostly satisfactory. I had a substantial section of Soffit and Fascia replaced after being damaged. Gutters were not reattached in a level position leading to pooling and leaking of water. Unfortunately, negative aspects of most other interactions with this company overshadowed the actual work that was performed. Horrible communications both internally and externally, difficulty meeting terms of signed contract and while awaiting word from office and employees, work was completed WITHOUT advance approval of customer leading to an awkward negotiation on final price AFTER project completion. Too many other issues to rattle on about here. I read all the positive reviews on this company prior to choosing them. I hope my experience was an exception both for future customers and for the company themselves. I can't recommend them based on my experience however.

Does not return calls. Does not know how to use a phone to call and communicate.

From start to finish, this company's personnel did an excellent job corresponding and scheduling quickly, and sending Yoni for a fair estimate. I'm especially pleased with Godo who did my roof repair, he and his other guy did the gutter washing and even patched my gate as a favor. I recommend highly and would use again.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to install sod. They were professional, caring, timely and worked with us to make what was a pile of dirt a wonderful lawn. Jose and his crew were always on time, worked very hard all day, always gave us a status update. The folks in the office are also amazing. Working with them to confirm out appointment was easy. Set an appointment with Home advisor, but K Single Corp was not able to keep the date selected. They reached out to us to reschedule.

I must admit that I have not looked at the roof, it is too high but assume they did a good job. They were prompt, pleasant, and clean. They took care of other roof issues including reworking the drainage, adding vents, repairing the chimney and painting the trim. They were were the only bidder who was not pushing a specific product and pointed out, without my prompting them, that the roof needed more vents as I had suspected. Their bid was on par with the others’ but they were also doing more work - vents, etc. I plan to ask them for more bids on other exterior work, they do all kinds of exterior work. Thank you,

Hired K Single to completely clear my yard and lay sod, was a mess, and a really big job. They promised 3 guys, 3 days, and it was exactly that, they transformed my yard. They did an excellent job and offered suggestions along the way. Absolutely amazing to work with.

They came out in the pouring down rain and cut and shaped all my trees and shrubs in my yard do a wonderful job

The team was very easy to work with. They went above and beyond in their work and clean-up. I am a bit concerned as to whether any old nails ended up in the yard, so I will scour with a magnet just to be on the safe side.

K Single Corp did an excellent job installing my new metal roof to replace my old composite roof. We got estimates from several roofing companies, including K Single Corp. After the first home visit by K Single Corp, they immediately emailed me a detailed written contract proposal (unlike some other bidders). Yoni was very communicative, in person and by email/text/phone. He answered my many questions. He revised the proposal as requested by me (for example, I wanted a thicker gauge metal and I decided to have them remove the chimney). They never pressured me to start the job soon (unlike some other bidders). K Single Corp's price was competitive with all my other bids. After all this, I finally chose a different roofing company (perhaps equally good) to do the job, and K Single Corp politely accepted this (unlike some other bidders). Unexpectedly, my chosen company had to pull out (due to family circumstances) before they could begin work, so I came back to K Single Corp to do the job. I'm a bit obsessive, and I had many more detailed questions which Yoni answered patiently and promptly. I wanted more changes to the contract proposal (for example, I added more conditions about my gutters and screens, vent hoods, extra panel clips, roof anchors, etc.) and Yoni revised the contract proposal and warranty repeatedly for me. I often found that they were already planning to do the things that I wanted spelled out in detail. I was happy with the contract I signed. The metal panels were ordered to be fabricated and arrived within two weeks. The work crew arrived within days and tore down and installed the metal roof very professionally in about five work days. The foreman (Orlando) was communicative with me (not everyone on the crew was fluent in English). They did everything I had requested. There were some unexpected increased costs (they needed more material), but K Single Corp paid the added cost, and I paid exactly the price I had originally signed for. My new metal roof is beautiful. K Single Corp's standard warranty is 10 years, but for my metal roof they agreed at no cost to extend my warranty to 20 years, labor and materials, plus the steel panels have a 40-year warranty from Nu-Ray Metals. It looks like it will last for decades with low maintenance.

The estimate was fair, the crew was extremely productive and courteous, and the work was well done. I’m going to ask them o do more work on our roof, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
