Very professional, Dee knows his trade! Dee and his crew husseled to complete my slab for my garage/shop before the rain and wind started this week. The crew worked with ease. And cleaned up after! I'm so happy with the end product, I've already told my friends !

After I called they came out that afternoon and I had a estimate the next day. The work was done very professionally, in three days. I had two thirds of my driveway replaced due to cracking beyond repair. The match was perfect. Outstanding Job!!

When Home Advisor sent me the information about KT Concrete, I did more by reading available reviews at this site and Yelp. The FIVE STARS were extremely accurate. I also found out the although KT is not a subscriber, BBB rates the business with an A+. Really happy with the work they did and the advise Dee provided which enabled us to make the correct decision. It took some time before they were able to start the work because of prior commitment , but they were worth waiting for. They are what I would call true professionals. They cleaned thoroughly after the project was completed and the place probably looked a lot cleaner. Just like they were never there. I even felt like the quoted cost was not fair to Dee, that I added a little more for an after work case of beer or something for his crew. I will recommend KT Concrete to anyone.

They poured 900SF worth of concrete patios on my property. Very happy. They cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great.

My experience working with Dee and his crew was an absolute pleasure. I had installed mow strips and footings first and the grade level was not what it should have been. Dee made the necessary changes to ensure we had the proper drainage to expel the water. The finished patio, sidewalk and concrete pad for my storage shed looks wonderful. Should I ever need concrete work in the future I will call KT Concrete for the job. I would also recommend KT Concrete to anyone. I hired KT Concrete (Dee Faupula) to install a patio and widen the driveway, From the outset, it was clear that Dee was most concerned that the project be done right. I was impressed by Dee and his crew professionalism and attention to detail. I quickly developed confidence that I picked the right contractor. Dee's suggestions, particularly about drainage and stamped concrete really enhanced the project. My neighbor was so impressed, he hired Dee to widen his driveway and then we went in together to replace the fence. Bottom line is Dee is just a real nice guy who takes pride in what he does and does it for a reasonable price. I am really glad I found him.

We even had some extra work done and his crew was able to get it done on time. Everyone in the neighbor has been complimenting us on our new driveway. Everything others said in their comments about KT Concrete was true. They were timely, everything was done with the utmost efficiency. There were drainage problems with my yard. I thought I would have to cancel, but Dee looked things over, told me how things could be done, and within a short time, the yard was leveled and drainage installed. Dee's suggestions showed great knowledge and experience with concrete work. His crew was great. I love my patio and waIkway. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Great job at a reasonable price. Very responsive, answers questions and gives good suggestions. He and his people are professional and very nice to have on site. The work is well done and looks great. They put in a double wide driveway with connecting sidewalks up the side and around the back to connect to a back patio. He eliminated a step-up that was a potential tripping hazard and put in a curb to prevent erosion. The changes to the original contract was done at very reasonable costs. We will definitely use Dee and his people again for another yard project.

KT Concrete did a fabulous job on our patio and walkways. We had them put them in with stamped, stained concrete and they put in a contrasting border. They look beautiful! The workers were very good at listening to us and giving us exactly what we wanted. The shape is very free flowing and while they put in the forms to create the shape they got our input throughout the process. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. They cleaned up well when they were done. I highly recommend KT Concrete.

We had our driveway replaced/widened with colored/stamped edge leading to the front door. Their price was excellent and the finished work looks very good!!! I would recommend KT Concrete to someone who knows more about the process than I do because a few things I took for granted turned out not to be accurate. I asked how long the job would take: I was told a day or two. It did take a day or two, but I thought we'd be able to drive on the driveway after a day or two. After the driveway was poured, I was very surprised when I was told we should wait 4 weeks (or 5 because of the weather) before driving on it (walking on it's ok) I later found that I was ignorant of what is pretty standard curing time. I also thought that a hand-rail post that needed to be un-anchored would be re-anchored after the job was poured. That too had to wait 45 weeks. It eventually was re-anchored but our handrail was useless for the entire four-week curing time. If you know more about concrete than I do, call KT concrete; if you know as little as I do, call them, bout ask a lot of questions specific questions so you are not surprised like I was.

Dee was very professional. He came in at a great price point. He moved some sprinkler pipes and moved some drains and only charged a small amount for parts. In conclusion, KT concrete....Pro work at an incredible value....Period!

At my property in Courtyards Loop in Lincoln, I had three Quotes on my backyard patio and KT Concrete beat the price of the other lowest price by $500 dollars, over 30%. The work performed turned out beautiful too. They also took the care to address any drainage issues as well with no problem, I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or Family. KT Concrete did a technically perfect concrete job. They addressed every detail: finish, drainage, tree care, structural, sub-base, and compaction. My neighbor who is a cement professional retired from the State told me I was lucky because he observed KT concrete did everything the right way.

Dee did a quote via email, based on my pictures and description. Dee always answered my questions via email or phone within 24 hours. Once we had it scheduled, they were on time and kept going until it was done. Great job on my driveway.

Dee was the first to give a written proposal sight unseen for the project based on an estimate of square footage we gave him. I used his proposal to compare comparable estimates. The local contractors were more expensive or did not respond. Dee was responsive, came on site to evaluate the area and updated his proposal based on actual area for the concrete project: area in front of the garage, the area in front of the front deck, and a walk ways by the side of the garage and to the back yard. He and his crew completed approximately 650 square feet of concrete work in two days. They arrived timely the first day, completed the prep work and had the forms ready for the pour for the next day. The black top in front of the garage was slightly damaged when removing the old concrete and he and his crew took care of the black top without having an increase in the cost of the project. Dee was professional throughout the project and kept us informed. We have no reservations in recommending KT Concrete.

Dee and team poured a large patio, BBQ area and fire pit. There were a few hiccups due to my area having some unforeseen extra work that they did without an extra charge and was very helpful and professional doing the extra work. The finished product was fantastic and we are extremely pleased with the result. I will be calling on them again to put in a carport and parking area.

Project to install front walkway and front porch: Dee was quick to respond with an estimate, most willing to meet and discuss alternatives, give advise, professional, reliable and cost competitive! Dee and his team enhanced our front yard with a beautiful walkway and new front porch. KT Concrete was timely, paid attention to detail down to the clean up. We will begin in the backyard next spring and Dee will be our first call. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I had KT Concrete do a complete backyard project on a new home, August of '14, including retaining wall with french drain, large patio, wraparound walkway, drought resistant ground covers, and an auto drip/spray system. Everything came out exactly as we planned and designed it. The concrete work is beautiful and better than how we envisioned it. And, they bent over backwards to work around, and with, existing DIY elements. Dee and his crew were always considerate and professional, and they got the job done fast. Bravo!
