Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Services: Home renovations, Remodeling Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This review is from a disappointed and heartbroken customer.. 4 months turned into 18+months 4/13/21-11/18/22 (and our issues had nothing to do with material or covid!), there was so much stress, anxiety, and to many tearshad for me to put into words. Now the house ended up fine but the details are still shit we just could not handle it anymore and needed them out of our lives! I had an essay written with dates and info everything that went wrong including pictures, everything they did, how Kris spoke to me (which was appalling and 100% unprofessional especially since he was nearly impossible to get ahold of, was only at our project a hand full of times, and he was not holding up his end of the deal he had been paid for) and even the employee who used my house as a flop house then was fired but rehired and allowed back in my home a couple months later this time with a babysitter.. i just needed to add the last 6 months of work to it but I decided Kris and KT homes has wasted enough of my time so all I will say 1.Hire a lawyer BEFORE you sign a contract! It does not cost much to have them look at your contract for red flags and look into the company for you. A few hundred dollars is nothing when you spend $140,000 like we did! And the laws here are not set to protect the customer! 2. Get multiple bids and ask other contractors about each other. (We did and should have listened to what we heard) 3. Look into the business, look into the owner, look into the business license, look at everything!!! Sincerely a heartbroken mother who is only child now 18 months lost out on his whole 1st year because we did not have a home when we were told it would be done by his birth.. Look at Google reviews! Do not trust what Kris or Brent (or any of them) tell you!

KT homes is my go-to when while renovating my home. They always do a great job and will not give up until it is perfect. They do not leave a mess behind like other companies do and their customer service is on point!
